What It Does
Your site admins create a key for each system they connect, choose exactly what it may see and change, and can stop it at any time.
Two-Way
Read, add, update and archive assets, props, costumes, scripts and sheet music, locations and categories. Events and productions can be read. Every change made in Odeumate carries a version number, so your system can ask for everything that changed since it last checked, deletions included.
Keys You Control
One key per system, each with view, edit or delete access per area. Keys expire after up to a year and can be renewed in one click, replaced without downtime, limited to your own internet addresses, or revoked at once.
See What It Did
Every call is logged. Admins see refused calls explained in plain words, every change a key made appears in the activity log, and admins are emailed when a key is created, nears expiry, or stops working.
Built-In Safety
A key that deletes far more than usual is paused automatically. Deleted records can be restored. Your plan's limits are respected, and a key can never do more than the admin who created it.

A standard REST API over HTTPS with JSON, and a full reference your admin can share with a link.
